Information we collect and why
When you apply, we collect your name, email address, phone number, position of interest, qualifications, message and CV to assess your suitability and contact you about your application. Supplier introductions include company and contact details, services, messages and any brochures, profiles or prices you choose to send. We use these to assess capabilities and respond to potential business opportunities.
Information is supplied directly by you. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not upload identification documents, banking details or unnecessary sensitive information. Obtain permission before including another person’s contact details, such as a referee. Without the requested contact information, we may be unable to assess or respond to your enquiry.
Who receives your information
Applications are sent to admin@orious.com.au. Supplier and contractor introductions are sent to tenders@orious.com.au. Relevant Orious personnel may review these submissions. Our website, IT and email service providers may process information to operate these services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or where required or permitted by law. We do not sell enquiry or application information.
Website technology and overseas processing
Website hosting and security systems may record technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to operate and protect the site. This theme loads Barlow fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection from your browser to Google. Following our LinkedIn or Instagram links takes you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Storage, security and retention
Form attachments are passed to our email system and are not published in the website’s media library. Temporary upload copies are removed after the sending attempt. Emails and attachments remain subject to our mailbox, provider and backup arrangements. We use reasonable safeguards, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, business dealings, record-keeping or legal requirements, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete an unsuccessful application; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
